This amazing man Major Cormac Doyle and Corporal Tanya Sammut have just completed 1000 miles of the Lands End to John O Groats cycle challenge and raised an astonishing £3000 and still counting!

Not having cycled for 30 years, a bike that was far too heavy, two chain replacements, 2 incidents with moving traffic, brake failure, having to leave out an hour before every body else and plenty of Sudacream and 12 days later, this pair got from Lands End to John O Groats and they are our heros.  We are overwelmed!  You can still donate at the following:
